Help. I can't update my gigs

I can’t update my gigs (since yesterday).

Is anyone else having this problem?

When I save, I get the message, “We’re sorry. But something went wrong.”

I sent in a request to customer service but haven’t received any response yet. Ugh.

Well, I got a response today (5 days).

They told me to clear my cache and try fiverr on different browsers.

I did clear my browsing history, and voila, it worked.

But, I’m suspicious that they may have done some fixing on their side. Why? I run a cleaner that cleans up cache, and I’m pretty sure I ran it after my problems started happening.

Anyway, I can now save.
