I had a fiverr vendor request to cancel an order I had made. When I agreed to cancel it, I did not get a refund on my credit card but it says that I have a credit on my Fiverr account for $10. I just ordered another gig and it did not apply that credit to my order. I don’t know how to use that credit now…anyone else ever have this problem?
I just encountered the same problem. Is there anyway to contact customer support to resolve this issue?
