Help: I have a problem!

So, there is this client I have worked with before. He has bulk work so he was confused what package to order so we did a custom order for a week long work. I assumed it will go just as this for the next time as well. But he suddenly ordered without telling me anything first and then said to extend the time period for 5 days. Since then he is been just asking me to request time period. It’s been more than 3 weeks now (almost a month) and he still doesn’t responds If I ask for work if he does he says let me check and then again nothing. What should I do??!!

a) Deliver the order
b) Cancel the order
