Help. I'm being harassed by a buyer

I made a video per the buyer’s requests. He requested a mod, which I did. Then he started requesting photos, not part of the agreement but I did anyway. Then he said he didn’t like my video and wanted changes. I told him he’d have to pay for it. He refused. After a lot of back-and-forths, he’s refusing to accept my video. At this point,I don’t care about my first negative review ever, I just want the money that is due me from this guy and the fact that I did the job and he got the merchandise…twice.

Now, he’s trying to cancel the order.


Don’t accept the cancellation. Screenshot everything and contact Fiverr support.

Do I need to screenshot everything? Can’t Fiverr support just read the entire conversation of the order? Or can this buyer delete the conversation somehow?
