Help. I've got something due shortly & Deliver Now not working

I’m trying to deliver a book in print and ebook formats including covers. The Deliver Now won’t let me because it demands I upload a source file. I tried different files such as Word files, jpegs, but it won’t accept that. I have no clue what it wants. Never had this happen before.

Save them as ZIP file or RAR file format
