Help me fiverries! for the reason i do not know my reputiation is deteriorating

i put my first gig some 2 month ago and i got my first order after a week then my average response time becomes 1 hour upon delivery and after some days later i got my 2nd order and the project was time intensive and i deliver it close to the deadline time and my average response time start deteriorating to 3 days and after some days here again my average response time becomes 5 days on average … and i ask my self is this because i cheek my orders and fiverr messages in my gmail account? … please suggest me if there is a method to improve my average response time because if i didn’t improve it; selling my gig becomes a dream.
