Help me out about BR

Hi,
Yesterday I got my BR opened at ***AM. But it did not open today. I was informed that BR will be opened at the same time every day. As I’m new to Fiverr, I don’t know what happens. Is it supposed to act like that, or I’m screwed?

BTW, Today I got it open at *** PM
