Help me with my Rating

Hi, my name is jolarin. i’m a newbies on fiverr.



today, I’m happy because I get 1 order form dailywealth1. but he tell me that “I clicked on the wrong order I apologize, will use in the future however, please cancel this order”. Then i message to him it’s ok.



So I cancel order by Click Force Cancel. When review my GIG i see my rating is down to 88%.



how can i handle this problem to get my rating up to 100%?

You should have selected mutual cancellation. By cancelling without mutually agreeing this is why your rating was effected.

As madmoo has said drop Customer Support a message.



They will be able to see that the buyer made the mistake so should be able to amend for you.
