Help - My buyer didn't give me enough information. What should I do?

I have a form of requirements which was filled out but vaguely. I started working on the gig, but realized I really didn’t have the information I needed to complete the job. Now I have 19 hours left. I messaged several times with no answer from cust. I can “work around” it and do a half a** job to deliver with a potentially unsatisfied customer, or maybe extend the time to await an answer? Do I deliver what I have and say look, I’m willing to complete this, but I need the information? Please help.


I would submit a cancellation request if I were in that situation.

I think you have 3 options.

  1. Cancel the order.
  2. Wait for a response from the customer, but he/she may not answer
  3. Deliver a half-finished order, but this will affect the rating.

As the person who have commented here, i would also say you have 3 options from my point of view. So suggest you to go with your intuition.

My Be Better Option is Cancel the order.

Better Option is Cancel the order otherwise some more time
