Help needed! "Your request was declined. Review and modify it."

Hi there,

I’m not sure if this is correct here, bt I wasn’t able to find a help hotline or e-mail adress. So this is my best shot.

I had a request online for some days. cant link it now to show it, as it switched to “unapproved”.

I got a mere notification tht says “Your request was declined. Review and modify it”.

Now I’m lost: How to figure out what is wrong and how to modify it? The only button I have on the request is “delete”, but as I already have 10 reponses I don’t want to loose them.
