HELP! no confirmation email for my order!

I placed an order yesterday from fiverr app and paid via PayPal, i received an email from PayPal that i did pay but did not receive any confirmation email from fiverr about that and the seller did not get any alert regarding me ordering from his gigs!

I checked my bank account today and the money was gone! i emailed Fiverr twice but no response… can someone please help me…

if seller has additional info on gig, you need to write something there, so gig can start. And then you will get email. At least I am getting like that. If you dont add additonal info on gig, seller doesnt get email. (and prob. not even buyer)…



Go to you order page and just write something there on gig.
