Can any one guide plz… how much stars complete 90% positive ratings??? Means 4.5 or 4.7 or 4.9???
What do you mean by this? I think the 90% is more on delivery and response time. The ratings are the average of all the ratings you have over 60 days. So I don’t think the intention of the 90% is in relation to the star ratings.
This is some of the requirements and you can see it in your analytics dashboard.
- Respond to 90% of the inquiries you received in the last 60 days
- Deliver 90% of your orders on time, over the course of 60 days
- Maintain a 4.7 star rating, over the course of 60 days
Actuall I have 4.0 rating now… if I get other order with 5 rating then will I qualify for 90% Or not???

It works for statistics too. So just change cancelation amount with your 4*.
How much you need depends how much you have.
So if you have 100 5* and one 4* you need 50 5* orders to be back at 5.0
