Help required

Please any one help me here because support isn’t helping me any more I am unable to with draw for about a week and every time I asked them to solve my problem they just mark the discussion as complete with absolutely no response. They aren’t saying a word. WTH… I am very disappointed. >:P

Wow, this is very disappointing. I am sorry to hear that. Customer Support is the only way to get help and answers, try it again until you get answers. Did you submit a request under"technical error" or “bug report”??? Include your screenshots. And if they close the case on you again you should receive an email which asks you how satisfied you were with customer service…make sure that you click on “Not satisfied” .
