Help with getting web site google ranking up

Is there anyone in fiverr who can help me get my google rank up. I have tried a few people here and no one has helped so far. My rank is so far back I can’t even find it and even sites that are out of business are a head of mine. I have tried adding posts doing seo work, having anyalitics etc.
