Help with time scale on purchasing item

Hi wonder if you can help

Went and purchased an item and this was on the page

Package includes: colourful design, 2 pages, unlimited sections, print ready file.

1 Day Delivery Unlimited Revisions

• Print-Ready
• Double-Sided
• Photo Editing
• Social Media Design

But didnt realise that only have 12 hours from the seller to sort out revisions and get the design i need
surely this isn’t correct
As im now being asked to pay more for extra 1 day

Can anyone advise

If you need the revisions rush-delivered, then it makes sense for the seller to charge for that rush service.

However, if the seller didn’t deliver the promised work to the original specifications of the gig and your requirements, then the original deadline ought to still apply, as that was part of the original contract.

Without more information (the details of exactly what their gig stipulates and what you ordered, and compared to what you received), cannot advise further.

yes i have indeed but need revisions and has to be correct for my needs otherwise why would i have not done it myself

I’m starting to see many issues with fiverr seems like it is not a good place

If i make or design something and i say unlimited revisions

I wouldnt expect the person to accept and order within 12 hours

As @imagination7413 has already implied, if the revisions you requested require work that wasn’t previously discussed or isn’t included with the gig then the seller can decide to charge extra for that. Revisions are adjustments not redos.

This is not always the case you have to open requests then if they dont reply you get a refund but everytime fiver takes a nice fee for there service charge

I’m a bit confused: did your seller tell you that you can request unlimited revisions only for 12 hours after he delivered it?

Can you show us a screenshot? (Of course covering the name of your seller)

If he indeed said that then he is breaking fiverr rules. You can request unlimited revisions as long as order is open and you can take up to 3 days to review the delivery and requchanges that you need
