Hello, I just opened my seller account and I’m being told that my picture is not the right size. My picture is actually exactly the pixels I’m asked to make it, so I have no idea why it doesn’t fit into the window. Also, the only Paypal tab I see is in the Revenue screen and it’s inactive, so it’s obviously not where I set up my Paypal account. There is no contact number to call to resolve these things quickly… Can I please hear from someone who is having a good experience with this site? At this time it seems quite impossible to me… Thank you.

Actually it happened to me as well. I used a simple photo editing tool to resize the image. Just open your image and double check whether it is in the right size.

I think your Paypal tab is inactive because you still have no (or not enough) earnings to withdraw. If you have enough earnings your Paypal tab shuld be active. Then you can enter your Paypal email and finally withdraw.

Bear in mind: Revenues are only made available for withdrawal after a safety clearance period of 14 days.

Have you put in your PayPal address? That’s another reason for the inactive tab. You can do it by hovering over the bit with your profile picture and name and then clicking on “settings”. Then go into “account settings” on the right hand side. The third part down is where you input your PayPal address.


Reply to @kjblynx: Really? I never realised that. I inputted my PayPal right away but I did sign up almost three years ago now.

No there is not but not all things need a number to be resolved. I suggest some advice, since you are still new(and welcome), is to be patient and you will see that fiver actually works out just fine for its millions of users overall.

What are the dimensions of the photo you are using? Can you show it?

You just need to contact support and deal with them. And I know that sounds terrible but they are able to resolve your issues pretty efficiently, though it can take what seems like forever to hear back from them or get a resolution.
