Maybe someone can help me.

Someone bought one of my GIGS I assume on Saturday or early Sunday morning.

I’ve been facing major problems with my internet connection and couldn’t deliver the translation.

Now the company finally fixed the problem and I log in and see that he has cancelled the order and gave me a bad review- and I can’t even answer to it.

I understand that the buyer have their rights and possibilities to take some actions to save other buyers from bugs. But I only had good reviews and feedbacks and something like this can happen to everyone. And everyone who ever experienced something like that knows, that the internet provider won’t take any actions on a sunday.

So what can I do now? I can’t even send a message to the buyer.
