I have one problem with my completed order rating this month. Every time I complete the order and I improve my rating above ninety the next day it drops down. Why is that like that, and do you have some suggestion?
I have the same problem. Maybe wait 2 weeks and if your rating hasn’t improved, manually go through your orders and figure out what your rating should be. Then contact CS and show them that there is a real disparity which needs addressing.
