Fiverr Community Forum

Hi a noob in fiverr

Hi am new here. Am happy to be among such great and talented individuals. Please I need advice on how to make my first sale on fiverr. Thank you love you all.

@kindness2004 welcome to you in Fiverr. It is a great platform to start, here are some tips you can follow:
1-- Spend more time while creating gig, do a little market research to find out what exactly other sellers provide and what you have to.
2-- Be patient and stay online
3-- Be specific on every service that you provide
4-- Respond buyer requests with detail description, mention your work flow, affordable price
5-- Don’t copy and paste while creating new gig/buyer request offer
6-- Always write original words and SEO optimized

Difficult to follow above points but it will help you out for long time.

Welcome to the fiverr community.
Best of luck

Hi, Welcome to the forum! I had my first order in exactly 2 months after I started. I guess I was lucky because I did nothing but wait. And I somehow got it. If you want to get some orders faster, here is what I recommend you to do:

Update your Gig in every 2 weeks until you get an order. Add better, modern-looking images and video if possible. Once you edit a gig, it will disappear from the search for about 24 hours, but you have a chance to get it in front of other gigs.

Apply for buyer requests, they may bring someone to you. If you tried and never succeed, here are some tips on how to make your proposals work:

Here are finally some more of my favorite, (best) tips on the forum I recommend:

Suggest you check the competition in your category re pricing as new sellers usually lower their prices until they move up the levels.

Enjoy the forum. :slightly_smiling_face:
