Sure… connect to your target customers. They are the people who will hire you. Figure out who those target customers are, learn their needs and wants, determine what strategies best appeal to those customers, and then use those strategies to encourage those people to hire you.

This is what every business does to earn customers. The same concept applies here on Fiverr.
