How are people offering a refund for buyers to remove negative feedback?


As far as I know, once a buyer leaves feedback the order in complete and you can no longer offer a mutual cancellation to return funds to the buyer.

I hear a lot of people stating that you can offer a refund in exchange for the buyer to remove their negative feedback.

How is this done?


You have to get them to agree to remove the feedback first via a message and then inform customer support. No other way around it!
