20k is for being a top rated seller. It doesn’t matter if you’re on the forum or not. Pro, just like Top Rated sellers are all picked manually.

My almost one year observation and conclusion is that either Pro Seller or TRS must be very good english speaking.

It probably helps a lot. Though there are some Pro gigs that offer to design “stationary” and one has “bussines” in the title. So I don’t think they thoroughly check everything/every gig.

To become a Pro seller, you need to fill out an application, and then the Fiverr staff will decide if you are eligible to be a Pro seller! I hope this helps!
