How can change my profile to read my current location

Hi. I have a question that I would love your indulgence. I opened a Fiverr account whilst I was in Kenya. However, I relocated to Washington D.C. in December 2018. However, despite my current IP address, my account reads that I am still in Kenya. Has anyone experienced this problem and how did you deal with it? Thanks. System does update the location on an automatic basis, but that is not happening in your case. So, you can contact customer support. They will let you know what to do. Make sure you are not using any VPN’s to change the location.
