How can I ask for extension to buyer?

Hi,
I got an order yesterday evening & superposed to delivered by today evening. But unfortunately I could not complete the order. Need one day extension. How can I ask for extension? Please advice…

Just simple ask to buy i need one more day if buyer is agree then send time extension request.

Go to resolution center

Go to resolution center, Choose option for why you need to change order. Then it will give an option on what you want to do, cancel or Extend delivery. Once the buyer agrees, all is good.
