There is no way to ask about it. If you ask, you will be banned forever. Read the ToS.

I want you to encourage to read Fiverr TOS for your own account good health don’t risk your account for ratings its a extra thing that comes out from a order after order completed Fiverr is reminding to the buyer to rate the experience of the order so don’t push it.

it’s not allowed by Fiverr Terms. Try to do your service best, then you can more good feedback from clients.

It is up to a buyer as to whether they wish to leave a review or not.
Fiverr gives them the opportunity more than once.
There been many forum posts where sellers have got a warning for discussing a review.
When you deliver an order leave your buyer alone and move on.

right after work delivery it is better to leave ur buyer alone.
