How can I avoid unnecessary cancellations where the buyer asks for the services that I do not offer?

Hi,
I am a new seller here and have started my gig from July 2017. I do get some orders but recently I have noticed that I get orders from buyers who ask for services that I do not provide. In such a case I have no other option other than cancelling it or give it a try in order to avoid such cancellation. I have come to know that cancelling orders affects my gig performance.

I have clearly mentioned about the services that I offer in my gig description and FAQ section.
I would like to know if there is any other way in which I can avoid such a situation or if there is any other way to make the buyer understand about the services that I offer.
