My client wants to cancel the order. How can I cancel it without losing my order completion rate?
Hi, Rana. As far as I know. It’s quite impossible to cancel an order without losing the completion rate. But if you or the buyer can contact customer support with valuable information that you don’t have any fault for the cancelation then maybe it can be done.
You have no choice.
There’s no use in trying to manipulate the system.
Cancel and move on.
Your rate will improve once you complete more orders.
It won’t be a big deal in the long run.
