How can I change my location?


Hey everyone,

I have clicked around on my account and settings page repeatedly but I can simply not find out how to change my location. I currently am listed as being located in Bolivia, but I haven’t lived there in over a year and would like to change my location. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Hi there, please contact customer support.

As far as I know, you need to keep logging in from the same location for either 30 or 60 consecutive days in order for the system to recognize your new location.

And even then, you still need to contact customer support in order to have them verify it.
