How can I contact fiverr for a refund?

I paid for a gig that i never received. Fiverr does not have customer support on their platform. The links to customer support are fictitious and unhelpful.

No, It has. There is a “Submit a request” or something like that in the CS using which you can create a ticket.

This customer support link does not lead to anything. It’s just a loop that leads back to your original request.

After you click on that link, you’re supposed to clik on Contact Customer Support at the top of the page.
