Fiverr isn’t really designed to work this way.
You could however include a line in your profile or gig description which says “mention the word ‘BONUS’ in your reply and I will include a bonus XXX”.
However, I personally think the secret to success on Fiverr is to offer a very simple service. The more you complicate your offering, the more opportunity there is for things to go wrong.
