I am a new seller. My positive rating is 3.7. That’s why i can’t send any offer against any Buyer Request. How can i solve this problem? Experienced seller give me suggestion. thanks

All you can do is hope to get some orders where you get 5 star reviews and bring your average rating up to where you can apply for Buyer Requests.
