How can I find my target audience?

Hey guys, I have recently came to the conclusion that search bar clients aren’t enough, and that I need to promote my gig using social media. I have promoted my gig on some of those “fiverr gig promotion” facebook groups, but all people do there is ask for favorites exchange, and likely don’t even read your post. Therefore, I think it will be much more efficient to find my target audience, and then promote my gig to them. I have a translation gig, in which I translate from English to Hebrew. Does anyone have some tips for finding the target audience?
