Just a little tip. Best not to address others as dude, mate, friend, dear, bro, etc. as lots of people don’t like it and it will put many buyers off.

First - Try to portray yourself as professional as possible.
Second - Communicate effectively.
Third - Deliver exactly what the customer want. (Remember it is not always necessary what you consider to be a best quality would also be liked by the customer). Understand the customer’s requirements well and deliver accordingly)
Fourth - Respond to customer post delivery queries very quickly.
