The problem is that photoshop editing is a very crowded category and no matter how good you are there are a lot of people with the same skills so why buyers should choose you? You need to offer something unique.
On top of that photoshop editing is not that popular anymore because anyone can easily edit photos professionally just from their phone with all those apps and even photoshop and lightroom on a phone app.
