How can I load an attachment for downloading?

I need t include an attachment (Excel Spreadsheet) for my customers to download and complete so I can fulfill their service. How do I do that without having a link to an external site?

One option is just to send it to them as an attachment after they order. Fiverr inbox and order messages have attachment options with plenty of space for an Excel document.
