How can I make my profile more better?

Greetings everyone, 🙂

I’m Level 2 seller since 2016 and have maintained my ratings 100%. I want to know that how can I make my profile more better to attract more buyers? I have lost sales from December. One of my gigs was ranked for two months on the first page and after that winter holidays and Christmas came and I started losing the sales. I couldn’t get more orders after December. Till now I’ve completed very less amount of orders and its been 5 months now that I’m not getting new sales like how I used to get.

I need your suggestions and tips.
