How can I promote my gigs if I don't have social media profiles? Tips, advice?

I was off the grid for a long time until the past year. I don’t have a facebook account (I tried to make one recently but am having trouble with the verification process). I made a twitter account specifically to build a network and promote gigs, but twitter locked my account, even though I was barely active and didn’t do anything to violate their terms. I’ve never touched instagram before, so I don’t know anything about that.

What I know is that all of the ways that we are supposed to promote our gig off fiverr require having some kind of network, and I don’t have any (or many) friends on any of them.

Can anyone share tips for how best to promote my gigs with the understanding that I’ll have to do everything from the start?

How should I begin the process? or, what would be the easiest way to get started?
