How can I remove my payoneer Account?

Payoneer blocked my card and restricted to use it.So how can i withdraw the funds?As there is no other way to witdraw funds in Bangladesh.And paypal is unavailable in here too.Payoneer asked me to use another payment method and told they will not remove the account info.So how can i solve it now?

Thanks for replying @balacafe .But hey have told me that there is no way without payoneer .And asked me to apply for local bank transfer,but i cant use payoneer anymore so its not possible too.And they they replied that its not possible then.

My payoneer is block. I contacted with payoneer supporter. They inform it is not possible to removed payoneer…
