I have a problem with ID verification and I want to talk to staff from Fiverr. How can I do that? I have pending clearance to be done as well. I sent my national identity card known as citizenship certificate for verification but they say it’s not supported id on reply via email.
Not as far as I know. You could ask if they’ll message you on the Fiverr inbox/messaging system but they’ll likely say no. So I think it’s just email or through the helpdesk with a support ticket.
