How can I talk to a Fiverr staff one on one chat?

Not as far as I know. You could ask if they’ll message you on the Fiverr inbox/messaging system but they’ll likely say no. So I think it’s just email or through the helpdesk with a support ticket.

So, did you contact the ‘Customer Support specialists’ like it said in the message?

Is a “citizenship certificate” the exact same thing as a “National identity card”?

I uploaded my citizenship certificate as national id proof and Fiverr me giving me the above reply. What should I do? Should I leave Fiverr? Will I get my pending clearance amount paid while leaving?
