You need to write something that clearly explains that you’ve understood your buyers brief, explains what you do and why the buyer should choose you over everyone else. Keep it short, polite and to the point.

After you read the request… Just think of it as if you are the client… what kind of seller will you like to hire for the project. You will need a seller that best understand your request, and have a great approach of how to solve your problem.
Note: try to be realistic, as possible as you could ever be… plus, pray hard
