How can solve the review problem?

Hope everyone is enjoing the weekend. I have been facing problems with the review. Help needed.
The buyer said he left a review but doesn’t show any review. What’s the problem and how can I solve it?

There have been many forum posts where sellers have got a warning for discussing a review.

Best to leave it and move on.
