How can we prevent unncessry order that buyer did without asking us?

Hello,

Sometime buyer buy GIG directly without asking or giving requirements.

After I have to cancel order and it will demolition my cancellation ratio. How can I avoid this?

Ask your customer to provide the gig requirements through messaging via order page. Better way is try to work on order if it is possible instead of cancel the order 🙂
