No its really easy you can also try it.

Yes, you need to click the “Character and Paragraph icon” (don’t know if it changes between different versions of PS/AI). Both panels have specific settings on alignment and spacing of Arabic and Hebrew characters. If you don’t see them I think you need to download extra stuff or turn it on in the settings.
