I recently had to change my bank account information. I started by contacting Fiverr support, who directed me to Payoneer, the payment processor. I contacted Payoneer, and they directed me back to Fiverr support. My second attempt at contacting Fiverr support was successful, the bank account info was changed within a day or so of my request. I suggest contacting Fiverr support directly and asking them for help in updating your bank account info.
