How change ratings to order page..?

There has new buyers to fiverr. they got service and they completed it with happy .but they not click all stars. so they want to change it. but they told their order page hasn’t modify area for it. can’t edit those reviews?

If your buyer wants to change their rating, you have to go to the Resolution Center from your order page and choose the option for requesting feedback change. Your buyer will then be able to change their feedback, but this can be done only once per order.
