I blocked a buyer and just after two days he make a new order with me even it’s tell me on his profile "this buyer can no longer contact you or make order "
how is that happening !!???

I have heard it works better to block buyers through your phone app because others have also had this problem when they block a buyer using their computer.

Well, this is certainly BAD news!!! We choose to block people for a reason - because we do not want to work with them for one reason or another. I have always blocked through my pc (because I am old fashioned and do not “do” things through my phone 
) but, have not (knock on wood) had blocked people order.
