How do i add main image thumbnail to show up rather then video

HOW DO I GET MAIN THUMBNAIL TO SHOW UP RATHER THEN THE VIDEO.

if there is no video then the main thumbnail shows but when video is uploaded then thumbnail will be gone.

i know u can add thumbnail in video and use the new editor to set thumb is there other ways to archive this.

I’m having the same problem. My video isn’t as attractive as the picture I chose for the main image so I feel like it’s less likely to get clicked on, even though they say that buyers like videos!

go to - edit gig
go to - gallery
scroll down to the video.
hover over the right hand upper corner of the image of the video
there you will see a tiny pic of a pencil
click on that
the video will start playing.
click pause where you want the thumbnail to be. click save.
click again on save again, at the bottom of the gig page.
