How do I begin a new gig with this person?

I have two gigs currently listed, and someone contacted me, not in direct relation to either of those gigs, but asking me to do something similar (which I’m glad to do). So, what do I do? Do I just respond saying that it’s fine, do it, and get paid, or what? This is my first gig ever ._.
