How Do I Cancel An Order

im new here. i bought a gig which states that she will promote my business to her 105,000 followers. what she didnt state in her gig description is that i have to have a twitter account. so now i want to cancel the order but i dont know how to. can anyone please guide me. :frowning:

i cant see the “having problems” tab, is it because i have not yet reply to start the order?

Reply to @northerndesignz: oh, well you’ll need to either ask the seller to cancel it after you type something in the “instructions” box, or you’ll have to contact customer support to cancel it.

You have to give the seller all the info he asked you, and only after taht you can request a “mutual cancelation” if it`s the case…
