How do I cancel order I placed 07/11/2017 with 10 day delivery still not recv'd as order placed?

I placed an order a weekg ago when I go to manage orders it says I do not have any orders.

If it’s not in your Buying section (as pending, open, or completed) then payment did not go through correctly. You can contact Customer Support here:
